Our Approach
Employees working from home still have the same job to do; however, being removed from their coworkers presents its own unique set of challenges for a company that wants to maintain a culture of teamwork. We’ve been working from home since 2017, which gives us unique expertise on what it takes to WFH effectively. By combining remote collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams, and encouraging creative solutions for maintaining camaraderie, we have assisted dozens of companies in creating a WFH strategy that allows them to not skip a beat when the unexpected WFH scenario does arise.
